Burst Brawl Privacy Policy
Effective date: 21 September 2026.
Burst Brawl is operated by SnapSprint AI Private Limited ("we", "us"). This policy explains how information is handled when you use Burst Brawl and its support pages. Contact us at admin@snapsprint.org for privacy questions or requests.
Information used by the game
On your device. The game stores progress, balances, upgrades, preferences, purchase-delivery records and saved matches locally. Signing into online play does not by itself mean all local progress is backed up or recoverable on another device. Removing the app or resetting game data can remove local saves.
Online accounts and friends. Choosing online play creates or uses a Firebase account, including a guest account. Linking Sign in with Apple associates an Apple sign-in identity and information Apple supplies under your selected sharing options, which may include your name and email or private relay address. Online services process account identifiers, player profiles and chosen names/characters, friend codes, friendships, block lists, requests, invitations, room participation, game actions and match state. These records let us authenticate players, connect friends and run matches.
What other players can see. Your player profile and relevant game actions, room membership and online presence may be visible to other players through the game's social features. Treat a room or friend code as information you share deliberately. Avoid putting private information in your player name.
Notifications and device integrity. Firebase and Apple services process device/app identifiers, notification tokens and integrity information to deliver enabled invitations and protect online services. You can manage notification permission in iOS Settings and available invitation settings in the game.
Purchases. Apple handles App Store payments. We do not receive your full payment-card details. The game processes product identifiers, verified transaction identifiers, purchase/revocation information and delivery records to grant purchases and avoid duplicate grants. Product, price and currency information may also be included in game analytics.
Usage analytics. When analytics is configured and enabled, PostHog processes an app-install identifier and explicit events such as tutorial steps, battles, progression, shop interactions, purchase outcomes, app version and platform. Network requests also expose technical information such as IP addresses to service providers. The game disables session replay, automatic screen capture and automatic interaction capture. Contact us if you wish to object to analytics processing or request deletion of information we can associate with you. Local-only analytics identifiers are separate from your online account; deleting an online account does not automatically identify or erase these analytics records.
Support and website requests. If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include. Website hosting and service providers may process request metadata such as IP addresses, browser information and access times to deliver and secure pages. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or full payment details to support.
Why information is used and who receives it
We use information to provide the game, authenticate online accounts, operate friends and rooms, deliver purchases and notifications, respond to support requests, understand reliability and use, and prevent abuse. Service providers include Google Firebase for online services, Apple for sign-in, payments and notifications, PostHog for configured analytics, and Google Workspace for support email. Public legal/support pages use Firebase Hosting and do not include advertising, analytics scripts or tracking cookies added by us. Providers process information under their own applicable terms and our service arrangements. Other players receive the social/game information described above.
We may disclose information when required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse or exercise legal rights. If the business changes ownership, applicable notices and protections must accompany any transfer of information.
Retention and deletion
We retain information while needed to provide the relevant feature, resolve support or purchase issues, protect the service and meet applicable legal obligations. Local game data remains on your device until removed or reset. Online account and social information is retained while your account exists, subject to deletion requests. Shared match records and limited account-deletion markers may remain after an account is deleted so other players' game records and service integrity are preserved. Support correspondence is retained for the time needed to handle the request and related follow-up or legal obligations. Provider security logs and backups follow their applicable retention cycles; deletion from these systems may not be immediate. Firebase Hosting states that it retains IP data for a few months. You may contact us about information retained after deletion or to request a review of whether it is still needed.
You can initiate online account deletion in Settings → Account. Deleting an online account is separate from resetting local game progress. Account deletion removes the authentication account and relevant social connections and removes or changes associated profile information. Account deletion does not automatically erase local saves, Apple purchase records, shared match history, provider logs or backups. We assess requests concerning these records separately and retain information only where necessary for the purposes described above or required by law. Contact admin@snapsprint.org if you cannot access your account or wish to ask about retained information.
Your choices and rights
You can use local play without opting into an online account, manage notification permission, and request account deletion. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of information, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent where relied on, or complain to a competent authority. Contact admin@snapsprint.org. We may need proportionate information to verify a request; do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are necessary and provide a suitable method.
Children, international processing and security
Burst Brawl is intended for people aged 13 and older, not children under 13. If you are a minor, involve a parent or guardian as required by local law. Where local law requires parental authorization for processing your information, that authorization is required before using the affected online features. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and arrange deletion as appropriate.
Service providers may process information outside your country. Google may process information wherever it or its service providers maintain facilities, subject to applicable service commitments. International transfers are subject to applicable law and the protections in our providers' data-processing terms, including standard contractual clauses where applicable. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your request. We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service; no system can guarantee absolute security.
Changes and contact
The effective date appears above. We will explain material changes through appropriate notices and obtain consent where required. For privacy questions, rights requests or concerns, contact SnapSprint AI Private Limited at admin@snapsprint.org.
