Burst Brawl Terms of Service

Burst Brawl is provided by SnapSprint AI Private Limited. These terms describe use of the game and its online services. Questions and complaints may be sent to admin@snapsprint.org.

Using the game

Use the game lawfully and respect other players. Do not harass or impersonate people, use offensive profile information, exploit bugs to obtain unfair rewards, interfere with services, attempt unauthorized access, or distribute cheats or malicious software. Do not share sensitive personal information through player names or invitations. Report concerns to support and use available blocking controls.

You may play local features without an online account. Online features require the applicable connection and account setup. Protect access to your device and linked sign-in account. Only link accounts you control. You must be at least 13 to use Burst Brawl. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, involve a parent or guardian and obtain their permission as required by local law. Do not use online features where required parental authorization for your data has not been obtained.

License and ownership

The app is licensed, not sold. Your license for the iOS app is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless an applicable custom agreement is supplied in the App Store. These service terms supplement that license and do not remove mandatory consumer rights. Game software, artwork and other content remain the property of their respective rights holders. You retain rights in material you submit and permit its use only as reasonably needed to operate and moderate the relevant feature.

Purchases and virtual items

Only purchase products offered through the game's supported App Store purchase flow. The confirmation sheet shows the applicable price and currency. Virtual currency and items are for use in Burst Brawl, are not money, and are not redeemable for cash or transferable except where the service or applicable law expressly permits.

Consumable currency is consumed when used and is not restored like a non-consumable purchase. Keep the app and relevant save data; online sign-in does not promise cross-device recovery of local balances. For a payment with a missing reward, contact support with the product and approximate purchase time. Do not send payment-card details. Refund requests for Apple-billed purchases can be made through Apple's support process; statutory rights remain unaffected. Refunded or revoked purchases may affect the corresponding entitlement as supported by the service and applicable law.

Progress, availability and updates

The game stores local progress on your device. Deleting the app, clearing data or losing the device may lose progress. We do not promise uninterrupted online availability or recovery of every local save. Updates may correct bugs or change balance and features. Material changes affecting purchased benefits must respect applicable consumer rights; these terms do not authorize arbitrary removal of paid entitlements.

We may restrict online access when reasonably necessary to address cheating, abuse, security threats or legal obligations. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact support. Restrictions and changes must be proportionate and consistent with applicable law.

Privacy, deletion and support

The Privacy Policy explains information handling. Online account deletion is available through Settings → Account in the supported release. Deleting the online account and resetting local progress are separate actions. Before confirming either, read the in-app explanation of what will be lost. If you cannot access an account or need help with a purchase or another player, contact admin@snapsprint.org.

Responsibility and legal rights

We provide the game with reasonable care and skill as required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any dispute should first be raised with support so we can try to resolve it. Mandatory consumer protections and access to competent courts or authorities continue to apply.
